Don’t worry though- the answers to these questions are simple and will help you get started on a journey toward improved overall wellness.

Keep in mind that there is no pressure to fit into a specific mold. Mindfulness and meditation practices are what you make of them. While there are certain methods of meditation that are more efficient, you will be able to find the one that suits you best. Focusing on your breathing and clearing your mind will leave you feeling relaxed rather than stressed or under pressure. You need not meditate for hours- just the amount of time that you feel benefits you most. It should feel easy, and almost natural, for you once you get into a rhythm of mindfulness.
