ShameOver: Men’s Mental Health Awareness

Despite the fact that over 6 million men suffer from depression and many more from other mental health challenges, men are less likely than women to get help and treatment for mental health and mental illness. It’s time for us to shatter the illusion that men have to remain stoic and tough; this stereotype is detrimental to men’s health and we must work to eliminate the stigma attached to mental illness. ShameOver is working to do just that.
