- Get seven to eight hours of sleep per night. Getting enough rest and helping your body to mend will keep your health, energy levels, and mood in check.
- Ensure quality of the food you eat. Fuel your body with good sources to cut down on inflammation, improve vitality, and reduce cravings.
- Eat every two to three hours to keep your blood sugar levels steady and lower the likelihood of crashing.
